  Disappointed in the false advertisement listed on their web page. It wasn't even something I noticed, a family member pointed it out. I was told it shouldn't be there and they would contact the webmaster to remove it, "something they offered years ago." I feel I was charged a very fair price but in hindsight I would further research with a clear head, not one still in shock from the loss of a loved one. We had direct cremation with them, period. No other services. If it were retail they would be bound to the price advertised. Live and learn.

  These people took care of my friend when he died and I helped his wife make the arrangements for his service and burial. One of the initial reasons we chose them was that they were significantly less expensive than many other places we called. In the end it was their service that impressed us the most.

  These people were recommended by a social worker at the hospital when my partner died. I had no idea what to do. Tradition Care quickly put me and the rest of my partner’s family at ease. They not only had all the answers to our questions, but made suggestions for the location of the service that we would have never thought of on our own. They were kind and fair and I always felt like they were looking out for what was best for us and not how much money they could make.
